No matter how good you get at saying no, minimising the number of gifts you buy and social events you attend, the festive season can still feel really stressful.

From all the end of year events, last minute shopping to planning to host family and fear of sliding back into old family dynamics or the stress of travel over the Christmas period… it’s easy to tip into overwhelm and even anxiety.
